Major change included support for MBeans JMX capability in Tomcat 4.1.18 and later, no longer getting JMX manager errors when activating the module within tomcat.

This version resulted in seperate versions of the module for JDK 1.3 and earlier versus JDK 1.4. Sun has changed the inclusion of ssl libraries and the api's to them have changed. The version for 1.4 uses the new APIs and uses the ssl capabilities built into the base JDK.

Initial releases of the module with some little fixes here and there.
